Payment Terms

Rates - How I bill:
In order to make the process simple for my clients, I speak with you over the phone,assess & agree on services and fees, then send you an agreement and use FreshBooks for invoicing.
  • My rates are $55.00 per hour, or on retainer.
     
  • Set hours start at 12 hours - 35 hours per month
  • Social Media Marketing Services are a separate charge.  We can negotiate a package rate.

 

  • A retainer has significant savings.  I offer two options for payment: Pay-As-You-Go & Monthly Retainer packages

 

  • Pay-As-You-Go means that I will charge you for exact hours worked and understand that in the beginning of our partnership that hours will vary from day to day (week to week). 
    • Pay as you go are billed at end of each week and payable immediately.

 

  • Pay-As-You-Go contracts eventually evolve into a retainer contract. After 30 days of working together, we will evaluate the number of hours of my time that you are consistently using and discuss your business goals and objectives to determine whether a retainer contract would work best for you, thus saving you money and ensuring that my time is available to you.

  • A retainer contract is one of the best methods to contract with me. By retaining my time, you are ensuring that time is blocked out in the month just for you. 

 

  • A retainer package has a built in discount by committing to a retainer contract.

              (depending on number of accounts, set up can take 10-12 hours)

 

  • On-going Services - depending on your requirements are charged by the hour -as needed (or on retainer)

  • example: set up tweets in advance and manage responses
  • example: manage online accounts through-out the day and ensure you get real time notifications to engage with prospects.

 

  •  Retainer - agreed amount of hours per day spent on daily activities

               example:

    • execute social media marketing strategies;
    • article and blog submissions;YouTube subscriptions
    •  managing responses or inquiries;
    • setting up teleseminars/webinars & posting/marketing events online
      • (tweeting key points during the sessions so educate,engage, entertain and enrich your followers on all platforms);
